Our Year 9 History classes have again produced a selection of video profiles highlighting some of the soldiers killed at the Battle of Fromelles in July 1916. This is the fourth year the project has been going and we have completed profiles on quite a number of the soldiers who were buried in the mass grave at Pheasant Wood. These soldiers have become known as ‘The Lost Diggers of Fromelles’ and we are hoping to produce a video profile of all soldiers by the centenary in 2016.
We do not publish every profile only those we judge to be accurate and of a quality worth publication. Here are the four we have uploaded so far.
For more information on the project please go to the Lost Diggers of Fromelles link on this page.
